• Receiving and processing your service requests.
• Sourcing and dispatching vetted, licensed third-party professionals (e.g., maintenance crews, tow trucks, PROs) to fulfill your request.
• Managing the logistics and ensuring quality standards are met upon job completion.

While we hold our partners to the highest standards, the actual execution of certain specialized services (such as mechanical repair, legal typing, or major construction) is performed by independent licensed entities within our network.

3. User Obligations

To ensure we can provide timely and effective solutions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your service request, location, and contact details.
• Ensure safe and lawful access to your property or vehicle for our deployed personnel.
• Be present, or have an authorized representative present, during the delivery of on-site services, unless otherwise arranged with our dispatch team.

4. Payments and Billing

All service quotes provided by our dispatch team are valid for the specified duration. By accepting a service deployment, you agree to pay the quoted fees. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payments may be processed via secure online links, bank transfers, or cash upon completion of the service, as mutually agreed upon prior to deployment.
• All fees are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to the prevailing Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE law.
• We reserve the right to require an upfront deposit for high-value services (e.g., major fit-outs, corporate setups, or premium furniture procurement).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and interfaces on the Just 1 Call website are the exclusive property of Just 1 Call Concierge Services L.L.C. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Just 1 Call Concierge Services L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
